Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

At Research Partnership, diversity, equity, and inclusion are tenets of our core values. We empower everyone by giving them the support and space to thrive. We create a culture and environment that fosters belonging and authenticity across all levels and values individuals for their skills, experience, diverse backgrounds, and unique perspectives.

Inizio’s Code of Ethics empowers everyone to ‘Do the right thing.’ We challenge and report situations that appear unusual or clearly wrong. We’re all accountable for the Code, our commitments, and championing our diverse culture. We believe this allows us to better serve our clients, communities, and each other.

DEI Committee.

Our DEI Committee is made up of volunteers across the organization, spanning different roles, backgrounds and experiences. Its aim is to empower employees to take an active role in advancing our commitment to DEI. The goals of the committee are to:

Ensure diverse, global talent has a home and voice at Research Partnership

Educate employees on topical issues to foster inclusivity for all

Environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
