They are presenting the topic ‘Portfolio Analysis: Optimizing Communications Approaches for Multiple Assets in a Category’ on Wednesday 14th February from 2:00pm - 2:35pm.
In this presentation Tom and Melinda will explain how to best define your communication strategy for portfolio optimization, and ensure that marketing resources are balanced appropriately among the brands being promoted. They will also explain how to develop a coherent and convincing portfolio story. The role of KOLs and practicing physicians will be explored, including how perceptions can be dealt with through effective marketing and the potential for market research.
Finally, they will discuss best practices in portfolio optimisation for communications, providing examples of qualitative and quantitative approaches from behavioural economics to market mapping to demand assessments.
