We are delighted to announce that we have recruited 4 new Project Management Apprentices at our London office this month, in a collaboration with West London College. This is a two-year apprenticeship scheme, and is in line with the UK government’s initiative to commit to 3 million apprenticeship starts in England by 2020.
The apprentices will work with our quantitative team to provide project management support. During their two-year apprenticeship, they will receive on-the-job training as well as external learning towards the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification. Leading the initiative, Director Karen Swords commented, “The Project Management Apprentice framework was a perfect fit for us from a development perspective and because we need enthusiastic, bright people who can support the researchers in managing the fieldwork aspects of our large, international projects.”
We have a legacy of investing in young people with our annual graduate training scheme. Mary Assimakopoulos, Founding Director, added, “We are delighted to welcome these individuals to our growing organisation. We believe it is an investment in the future success of our business.”
