It’s been a busy year at Research Partnership which has provided lots of opportunities for people to grow professionally.

Earlier this month, we were pleased to announce 7 promotions to Director across our global team –  Ellie FordeVicki NewloveDanielle ChristmasEmily HoffmanSteven HelmKristin Lovallo, and Cindy Adams. We are particularly proud of the fact that 5 of our 7 newly appointed Directors joined as graduates, reinforcing our belief in the value of our graduate recruitment programme, which we have been running since Research Partnership was founded 24 years ago. It has been wonderful seeing every one of these individuals grow as professionals.

We also welcomed 2 Project Management Apprentices to our London office. Frankie Bennett and Michael Elliot will work in our Field and Ad-hoc teams to provide project management support. During their apprenticeship, they will receive on-the-job training as well as external learning towards the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification. Leading the initiative, Director Karen Swords commented, “The Associate Project Management Apprentice framework was a perfect fit for us from a development perspective because we need enthusiastic, bright people who can support the researchers in managing the fieldwork aspects of our large, international projects.”

We have a legacy of investing in young people with our annual graduate training scheme. Mary Assimakopoulos, Founding Director, added, “We are delighted to welcome these individuals to our growing organisation. We believe it is an investment in the future success of our business.”
