Patient centricity: Reality or rhetoric?
Everybody is talking about patient centricity, but what does it mean for those involved in market research, insights and business intelligence?
The term has certainly begun to filter through to the pharmaceutical market research industry. It was a hot topic at EphMRA conference in 2017, with a number of presentations from agencies, including some innovative new research offerings.

We were delighted to be exhibiting and presenting a paper at this year’s PBIRG Annual General Meeting in Naples, Florida. Directors Tom Winter and Claire Richardson took to the stage to present the paper 'I Just Want to Lead a Normal Life - Harnessing Mobile Research Methods to Improve Our Understanding of Compliance.' The paper looked at the limitations of existing research methods measuring compliance and investigated the use of mobile as a means of delivering better insights.
Expanding our US operations
We are delighted to announce that we have expanded our US operations, establishing offices in Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
This is part of a major initiative to extend the company’s regional capacity within the US market. Research Partnership has appointed healthcare market research professionals Christine Naegle and Birgit Eschmann to run the company’s West Coast operations.
Research Partnership appoints Claire Richardson as Director in the US office
Research Partnership has appointed Claire Richardson as Director in the US office, bringing the total number of Directors to 18, supported by over 70 researchers.
Claire has more than 20 years of market research experience and a strong pedigree in healthcare research on both the client and agency side, having previously worked at GSK and agencies including PMSI / IMS, Quintiles and Brand Health International. Although she works across both the quantitative and qualitative research arenas, she has a particular strength in language analysis, being an NLP master practitioner. Claire is an experienced interviewer, having conducted IDIs and focus groups amongst a variety of healthcare stakeholders for both domestic and global studies.Mary Assimakopoulos, Founding Director and US lead, comments, “We are delighted to welcome Claire, a seasoned professional, to our team.
