Case study: How we identified the future treatment landscape to help our client in their therapy area

The solution
We provided the clients with a solution which successfully achieved KOL key insights from across the EU and US by conducting exploratory mini-group interviews with high and mid-level KOLs, followed by confirmatory TDI and dyad interviews to dig deeper into the key business questions. By providing KOLs with background reading and various stimuli, we successfully managed to engage them in thinking through the potential impact of several new mechanisms of action and determine the future of the therapy area treatments.

The outputs
The client was provided with clear guidance and advice on how to develop their future portfolio, including strategies to become the market leader, areas in which to develop the portfolio and clear direction to drive the business. The results resonated positively with internal stakeholders who were keen to action the insights and continue to develop and implement the therapy area portfolio.
