Innovative Smartphone Market Research App showcased
This year's PMRG Annual National Conference took place at the JW Mariott Grande Lakes hotel in Orlando, Florida on 25-27 March 2012.
Representatives of The Research Partnership, Harriet Kozak, US President and Melinda Shorr, Associate Director, came back with very positive reviews of the conference presentations and great feedback from the delegates who were able to stop by our stand. The theme of the conference was "Rev up your innovation engine", and focused heavily on incorporating innovation into an organization. Many sessions looked at the rapidly increasing popularity of social media platforms, and the importance of leveraging these platforms to enhance client relationships. Dan Burrus who gave the opening presentation was a particularly vibrant speaker, who looked at the significance of building trusting relationships with clients, in order to grow as an organisation, focusing particularly on collaboration rather than just cooperation. The conference gave us the opportunity to showcase our capabilities in mobile research, demonstrating our new Smartphone Market Research App tool, which accesses qualitative physician prescription rationale for individual patients in real time. More information on this research technique, amongst several other innovative techniques can be found here.
