Office Manager

Your experience:

You will ideally have 1-2 years of office management experience, be self-motivated and able to work independently. The role is ever changing and we would like someone who is adaptable and has a 'can do' attitude.

Your primary role:

Your primary role is to ensure that the office functions as efficiently as possible.  The main responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of the office, liaising with external contactors to achieve this and acting as the main point of contact for all IT issues. You will oversee the onboarding of new staff, keeps personnel records up to date for all staff and maintain the HR database.

Marketing Assistant
(Fixed-term contract: 5th March – 8th June 2018)

Your experience:

Some previous experience in a marketing assistant role within a business services industry preferred. Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office essential, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. A knowledge of CRM databases is preferable. HTML, website content management systems and email marketing software desirable. Knowledge of social media marketing is desirable and educated to degree level would be advantageous but not essential.

Your primary role:

Your responsibilities will be to support marketing campaigns by providing assistance in maintaining the CRM database of client contacts and marketing activities. You will manage the monthly project feedback survey and support sales by preparing sales experience sheets, PowerPoint slides, flyers and other printed materials for pitches and meetings. You will be responsible for maintaining our social media profiles and providing regular news updates as well as building our social media community. You will provide support to deliver the annual webinar programme by helping with mailing lists, invitations, web pages, registrations, follow up and technical aspects of running the webinar.

Associate Director

Your experience:

At least 7 years of experience in market research, including within the healthcare industry. Have significant experience in leading projects and client management. A desire to progress your business development skills, with the ultimate aim of generating your own clients.

Your primary role:

Your research responsibilities will be to oversee projects and project teams, be the main point of contact with the client and write and give client presentations. You will also run a management team with responsibilities involving conducting appraisals, pay reviews, monitoring of performance, personal development, training of staff, recruitment and developing and implementing internal company procedures. You will also be looking to take your first steps in formal business development. You will write proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost alongside Directors.

Research Manager

Your experience:

At least 4 years of experience in market research with healthcare experience (or experience in other research sectors). Appreciation of marketing / client side issues.  Self-motivated and able to work independently. Good communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Your primary role:

Your responsibilities will include managing 2 to 3 projects at a time to meet objectives, whilst being an important point of contact for the clients.  You will prepare and present the majority of client presentations. You will support senior management in training and management of junior staff. You will also help write proposals brought in by the directors and implement the project that you will then run on a daily basis. 

Senior Research Executive

Your experience:

More than two years of experience in market research (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors). Strong project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Attention to detail.

Your primary role:

Your role will be to oversee the smooth running of 2-3 concurrent projects. With input from your manager you will be writing guides and questionnaires. You will conduct depth interviews with key respondents and manage central locations with clients present. You will interrogate the findings, helping to write the presentation alongside senior team members. Your job also involves ongoing monitoring of job costs to meet budgets as well as managing junior members of your project team.

Research Executive

Your experience:

Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in market research in any sector (ideally healthcare but not essential). Commitment to client service and “getting the job done”. Strong verbal and written communication. Attention to detail. Ability to multi task.

Your primary role:

As a part of a project team, you will be responsible for the running of 2-3 projects concurrently on a daily basis - including conducting the primary qualitative and quantitative analysis. This will also involve briefing of, liaison and negotiation with subcontractors (fieldwork agencies, freelance transcribers, analysers and interviewers); you may conduct face to face and telephone interviews with respondents; manage central locations and conduct on the spot analysis as well. You will help prepare sections of the final client presentation. You will provide feedback to your Manager as well as regular updates to the client.
