Dr Chris Gaj appointed a Director within our US office

The Research Partnership has appointed Dr. Chris Gaj as a Director at the company’s US operations in Philadelphia. Dr. Gaj has been actively involved in qualitative and quantitative studies, predominantly in the healthcare arena, for over 10 years and was previously employed at research consulting company, National Analysts Worldwide.  His work has focused primarily on oncology, virology and autoimmune disease, with hematologic malignancies a particular area of expertise.

Dr. Gaj’s experience has ranged from in-depth qualitative research with physicians, nurses, patients, hospital administrators and managed care providers to evaluate the potential market for new products, pricing levels and positioning strategies, to quantitative high-end advanced analytics, customer satisfaction and tracking studies for established products and services. 

Dr. Gaj obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition from Virginia Tech in 1991.  A member of Phi Beta Kappa, he graduated summa cum laude with academic honors.  Chris completed his Ph.D. on drug resistance to anti-cancer compounds at Yale University in the Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry in 1998.  He joined the staff at National Analysts in 1999 after a brief postdoctoral period studying the pharmacology of anti-hepatitis B agents.
