Rapid developments in technology have led to exciting opportunities in the ways we can communicate. This briefing took a look at some of these developments and discussed how they can be best utilised, using case studies from the pharmaceutical industry. The briefing was presented by Marc Yates, Managing Director Asia Pacific from The Research Partnership and senior Directors from marketing communications agency McCann Healthcare. The programme included highlights of emerging trends from the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show, recently held in Las Vegas and a compilation of healthcare case studies from around the world that have successfully integrated digital elements.
