The position would suit a Marketing Administrator/Assistant who is now looking for that next role which will provide more exposure to creative, hands-on tasks across the marketing mix. Alternatively you could be a newly graduated self-starter looking to take your first step on the marketing career ladder. If the latter, it would be preferred if you could demonstrate some commercial office experience which may have been gained through a work placement as part of your University course.

Research Executive
Graduate with 1 to 2 years market research or fieldwork experience (ideally healthcare but could be consumer). Commitment to client service and “getting the job done”. Strong verbal and written communication. Attention to detail. Ability to multi task.
As a part of a project team, you will be responsible for the running of at least 2 projects concurrently on a daily basis. This will involve briefing of, liaison and negotiation with subcontractors (fieldwork agencies, freelance transcribers, analysers and interviewers); you will conduct face to face and telephone interviews with key respondents; manage central locations; conduct on the spot analysis as well as other qualitative and quantitative analysis (editing, coding and table checking). You will help prepare sections of the final client presentation. You will provide feedback to your Research Manager as well as regular updates to the client.
Senior Research Executive
Graduate with more than two years experience in market research (ideally healthcare but could be consumer). Strong project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
Your role will be to oversee the smooth running of fieldwork, analysis and data processing. With input from your manager you will be writing guides and questionnaires as well as being involved in proposal writing. You will conduct depth interviews with key respondents and manage central locations with clients present. You will analyse the findings, helping to write the presentation with input from your manager. Your job also involves ongoing monitoring of job costs to meet budgets as well as managing junior members of your project team.
Research Manager
3 to 4 years experience in market research with healthcare experience. Appreciation of marketing / client side issues. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Good communication skills. Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include managing 2 to 3 projects at a time, plus the associated project teams to meet objectives, whilst providing the main point of contact with the client. You will write proposals, help design and implement the project that you will then run on a daily basis. You will update your Director and prepare and present the majority of client presentations. You will seek to develop your own client base by building relationships with your clients. You will support senior management in recruitment, training and management of junior staff, as well as developing and implementing internal company procedures.
Associate Director
5 to 6 years experience in market research with significant healthcare experience. Ability to generate sales and build own client base.
Your responsibilities will be to build business individually and in conjunction with key Directors and to achieve sales targets by generating rfps and developing good relationships with clients. You will manage projects and project teams as well as a research team. You will write proposals, calculating the research cost with agreement from Director as well as writing and giving client presentations. Team leader responsibilities will involve conducting appraisals, pay reviews, monitoring of performance, personal development and training of staff.
